This is for the reason that when they are doing the activity, there is a repetitive movement of joints and tendons for a long period of time making the joints and tendons to swell. Most of the time, they would not experience the pain while they are doing the activity but on the later part of the day when they are at rest especially when they are sleeping. However, if you are not an athlete and you do not love to run for a long period of time, then the chance of getting tendinitis is very minimal. Bursitis
Bursitis can be felt by the subject at the moment that the legs are spread apart or the hip is bending which likely to happen during sleeping. The condition involves the fluid called sacs that are used for padding. These fluids can be found in the joints locations inside the body. There is a possibility that these thing will inflamed if there is a repetitive use or overuse of force. Unlike with the tendinitis where the tendons are the one which are affected, bursitis affects the sacs and inside the joints. So it means that the pain is almost the same but there is a different cause. As a responsible patient, you need to know what the cause is so that the treatment can go directly to the affected area and not in the wrong area.
Arthritis
The swelling, inflammation and redness of joints lead to a condition known as arthritis. In the moment that the condition strikes the hip joint, then pain and limited range of motion are commonly seen. When the night falls out and you need to rest your body, then this the moment that pain will also strike you. If ever you will roll over to the side of your arthritic hip, the pain become intense. That is why; it is greatly suggested by the physicians that if you feel that the pain is in the right side, then better do the sleeping on the left side. Just as the same if you feel the pain on the left side. But in times that you feel the pain in both sides, then you should try sleeping on your back lying flat on the mattress so as to somehow ease the pain.
