People often experience lower back and hip pain due to many things. This usually prevents them fromdoing simple things like bending over to get the toy trucks or as simple as sitting to the couch. The following exercise below might just be the one you need to ease your discomfort.

•FAKE UP PUSH

You might think about those pushups that strengthen your biceps but these fake pushups aredifferent. This pushups focus on your back and not on your arms. Whatever you do, do not tryto do pushups the normal way. It will only put strain to your back and really, you will have backpains for a couple of days when you do it.

You can do the fake pushups by:Lie with your stomach and your hands planted on the floor. With your hands up, push your torsobut always make sure that you keep your legs flat on the floor and then stretch your lower back.Keep this for 10 seconds.You can then lower your torso and keep doing this for 15-20 times.
•LEG SWIPES

This might look as if you are doing some break dancing but this really works. This more focuseson your hips and also does relieve the pain in your lower back.

How to do Leg Swipe:Lie down on your back with your knees bent. Assume like you are doing a sit up.You just have to move your legs right and left. Do these for 30 to 40 times or until you get tiredand feel that your legs have properly exercised.

Lower back and hip pain might be considered normal and common but that doesn’t mean that you don’thave ways to stop or prevent it because really, there are many ways that you can implement to preventyourself from having these pains.
